RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE Policy

Returns

Returns should be made within a 15 days.  If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us by email (anjillornot@gmail.com, phone call or text (810-429-0059)  Please include your name and picture of item that you are wanting to return. 

We will instruct you on where the item is to be shipped to and what your options are.  If you are wanting an exchange or refund please also provide that in your message. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  If we receive items back that we feel have been abused and not in the same condition we will contact you with figuring out a solution.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.  

Your Shipping will not be refunded, and if you qualified for free shipping or discounts that also will be deducted from the price.  If your item falls below the free shipping costs, the shipping will be deducted from your items.  

If you receive a free gift from us, we are hoping that you enjoy it.  We value our customers and look forward to keeping you as one.  If we find anyone abusing the situation we will let you know to return the gift.
